IQ-Ledger provides professional financial services including bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and virtual CFO support. Due to the customized, time-based nature of these services, we do not offer refunds for completed or in-progress work.

We believe in transparent communication and high-quality delivery. If you're unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to reach out so we can resolve the issue through revisions or adjustments whenever possible.

What’s Included in the Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services
    Services such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing, and CFO consulting are non-refundable once the work has begun or documents have been delivered.

  • Deposits & Retainers
    Any deposits or upfront payments made to reserve service time are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the start date.

  • Partial Refunds (Case-by-Case)
    In rare cases where a project is canceled before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at IQ-Ledger’s discretion, minus any administrative fees or time spent on setup.

  • Free Consultations
    Our initial consultation is free. There is no refund necessary or applicable to that appointment.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to:

  • Review deliverables promptly and communicate any concerns

  • Understand that delays or errors resulting from missing or inaccurate input are not eligible for refund consideration
